[Abstract]：
The principle of LED illumination is basically the same, but according to the type of package structure can be divided into:
1) Cannonball type LED
The shell-type structure is such that the LED chip is sealed in a reflector cup integrated with the lead holder, and then the resin mixed with the phosphor is sealed, and finally molded by the curing resin.
2) Surface mount LED
The LED chip is placed in a ceramic or resin molded reflector substrate model, and then a cured resin or a silicone resin mixed with a phosphor is sealed.
